แต่บางอย่างอยากให้ปรับปรุง เช่น ระบบการประเมินการทำงานแบบเป็นรูปธรรม มี KPI วัดผลแบบจิงจัง ๆ จะได้วัดผลการทำงานแบบชัดเจนเวลาประเมินโบนัส ปรับเงิน จะได้เอาตรงนี้มาใช้ คนทำงานจะได้พัฒนาตัวเองแบบรู้ว่าพัฒนาไปเพื่ออะไร
