โดยภาพรวมถือว่าดีในระดับมาตรฐานของการทำงานในองค์กรณ์ขนาดใหญ่ ที่ต้องติดต่อประสานงานกับหลายๆฝ่ายค่อนข้างจะสะดวก ผลตอบแทนสำหรับคอมมิชชั่นดี โบนัสดี แต่การเติบโตในองค์กรยากเพราะมีปัจจัยภายในเยอะ

ในเรื่องของเงินเดือนสำหรับที่นี่จะปรับยากมากเพราะไปอิงเกณฑ์มาตรฐานทั่วไปที่วางไว้ ปรับมากสุดหลักพัน แต่ไปเน้นเรื่อง Commission มากกว่ามากน้อยอยู่ที่ผลงาน Sales ไม่มีโบนัส

ทุกที่หนีไม่พ้นเรื่องการเมืองและอารมณ์ของหัวหน้าเราต้องปรับตัวให้เข้ากับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรณ์และหัวหน้างานเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จไปได้ อาจจะไม่ถูกใจแต่เราต้องทำงานก็ต้องจูนเข้าหากัน
