“ เป็นงานได้ทำให้มีความคิดเป็นผู้ใหญ่มากขึ้น ให้การตัดสินใจระหว่างเหตุการณ์ที่เจอแก้ไขออกมาได้ และได้รับมอบหมายจนประสบความสำเร็จ มีความไว้วางใจกับเพือนร่วมทีม ”
-มีการสอนงานพนักงานใหม่ในแต่ละวันทำอะไรบ้าง ลงสอนพื้นที่จริงที่เจอให้เข้าใจกลับสถานการณ์ที่ได้เจอแต่ละบุคล แต่ละตำแหน่ง มีหัวหน้าค่อยแนะนำเรื่องต่างๆ
- สวัสดิการ จะดีในระดับหนึ่ง มีตรวจสุขภาพประจำปีและได้รับคำแนะนำต่างกับทางแพทย์ มีการดูแลเอาใจใส่พนักงาน
- สังคมในการทำงานจะทำงานเป็นระบบ เป็นทีม คอยช่วยอก้ปัญหาทั้งทีมของเราเองและทีมต่างๆ ที่เกียวข้องประสานงานต่อกันได้ด้วยดี
