ขอขยายความเพิ่มเติมส่วนของหัวหน้างานในระดับผู้จัดการร้านที่ใกล้ชิดที่สุด ไม่สามารถนำทีม และไม่สามารถดูแลลูกน้องได้ดี ควรมีการอบรมในเรื่องของวุฒิภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ ทัศนคติ การสื่อสาร ส่วนหัวหน้างานในระดับภาคและสูงขึ้นไปดูแลลูกน้องได้ดีมาก ทัศนคติ มุมมอง ดีในทุกๆส่วน ขอชื่นชมค่ะ
