น่าจะมีการเปิดสอบบรรจุพนักงานที่ทำงานครบ3รอบโดยเปิดให้สอบทุกคนเพื่อวัดความสามารถ ไม่ใช่ให้แค่คนใดคนหนึ่งที่ตั้งใจจะป้อนโปรเจ็คให้อยู่แล้วซึ่งมันทำให้คนที่ไม่ได้รับการป้อนโอกาสให้นั้นหมดขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำงาน ควรจะลดอายุเกษียณงานลงมาเพื่อให้ได้มีการบรรจุพนักงานใหม่ๆที่อายุน้อยๆพร้อมที่จะโตไปกับบริษัท ส่วนสวัสดิการดีมากค่ะ
