“ สวัสดิการดี มีความท้าทายในการบริหารแต่ละสถานี เงินเดือนปานกลาง ทำงานล่วงเวลาฟรีถ้าหากพนักงานไม่เพียงพอ ”
ควรปรับเงินเดือนและโบนัสตามความเหมาะสม เพราะความยากง่ายของแต่ละสถานีต่างกัน ควรเพิ่มกรอบพนักงานให้เพียงพอต่อกำลังพลในแต่ละวัน
