บริษัทมีสวัสดิการพาพนักงานไปทริปต่างประเทศ สิ่งที่แตกต่างจากบริษัทอื่นๆคือ จะเป็นทริปที่มีความโดดเด่น เป็นสิ่งที่เราไม่สามารถไปเองได้ ยกตัวอย่างเช่น การไปชมไร่ไวน์ที่ยุโรป สนับสนุนให้พนักงานทำกิจกรรมและงานอดิเรก - มี budget ให้สามารถเบิกใช้ได้ทุกเดือน - มีอุปกรณ์ดนตรี / กีฬาให้ใช้ โดยจัดหาครูมาสอน

งานมีความท้าทาย ด้วย Product ของบริษัทที่มีกลุ่มผู้ใช้เยอะ การผลิตงานออกมาในแต่ละชิ้น จึงต้องทำให้ดีที่สุด จะมีการตรวจเช็คงานกันในแต่ละแผนกต่างๆ ทำให้มีความรอบคอบในการทำงานมากขึ้น
