อยากให้องค์กร เปิดรับสมัคร สรรหาคัดเลือกจากภายในองค์กร หรือให้โอกาส พนักงานที่อยากมีความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งอาชีพที่ ทำงานไปเรียนไป เพราะไม่อยากลาออกเลย
