(สำหรับพนักงานใหม่)ในเรื่องงานมีการสอนที่ดี พนักงานใหม่จะมีการอบรมงานในส่วนงานที่ได้รับผิดชอบ ชัดเจน เช่นพนักงาน Softline ก็จะได้รับการอบรมในส่วนของ Basic Apparel ให้ พนักงานใหม่ทุกคนได้รู้ว่าใน 1 วันตั้งแต่เข้างานจนถึงเวลากลับบ้านเขาต้องทำอะไรบ้าง ทำให้งานเป็นระบบของตัวเองโดยอัตโนมัติ และมีหัวหน้าคอยนำทีมเพื่อความสำเร็จอีกที
