อยากขอบคุณที่สอนให้มีความรู้และก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงาน

ทำงานมีความสุขมาก รู้สึกสนุกกับงานไม่เคยมีความรู้สึกเหนื่อยและท้อเมื่อเจองานเยอะ กับรู้สึกสนุกกับงานและเสียดายที่ตัดสินใจพลาดในการออกมา กลับไปสมัครหลายรอบแต่เขาก็ไม่รับไม่ให้โอกาสแล้ว

ในเรื่องงานมีการสอนที่ดี พนักงานใหม่จะมีการอบรม งานในส่วนงานที่ไดเรับผิดชอบชัดเจน เช่นพนักงาน softline ก็จะได้รับการอบรมในส่วนของ basic apparel ให้พนักงานใหม่ทุกคนได้รู้ว่าใน 1 วันตั้งแต่ดข้างานจนถึงเวลากลับบ้านเขาต้องทำอะไรบ้าง ทำให้งานเป็นระบบของตัวเองโดยอัตโนมัติ และมีหัวหน้าคอยนำทีมเพื่อความสำเร็จอีกที

ตอนที่ทำอยู่ยังมีในเรื่องของสวัสดิการที่ดี แต่ตอนนี้ออกมา 5 ปีแล้ว ไม่แน่ใจในเรื่องสวัสดิการแล้วค่ะ ตอบตามตอนที่ตัวเองทำงานอยู่ ปี 2542-2555 ค่ะ

พวกเราทำงานกันแบบพี่น้องครอบครัวมีอะไรช่วยเหลือกันไม่เคยคิดว่างานนี้ไม่ใช่ของเรา เราคิดว่าสาขาเป็นของเราต้องช่วยพัฒนาสาขาให้ผ่านปัญหาทุกเรื่องไป งานทุกอย่งต้องเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท
