“ สวัสดิการพื้นฐานชีวิตดีมีกู้บ้านดอกเบี้ยต่ำ ค่ารักษาพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับกลางๆการขึ้นเงินเดือนค่อนข้างปานกลาง อิงกับผลงานKPI สังคมโดยรวมค่อนข้างดี การลาพักร้อน ลาได้ในระดับปานกลาง ”
