จากการได้เข้าไปฝึกงานระยะเวลา5เดือนในบริษัทได้เรียนรู้อะไรหลายๆอย่างเดี่ยวกับการทำงานจริงพี่เลี้ยงทุกคนหรือพนักงานในแพล้นให้ความรู้ สอนลงมือปฏิบัติ และนำทีจัดการดูแลลูกทีมตัวเองได้เป็นอย่างดี งานไหนที่มีความท้าทายหรืองานเสี่ยงพี่เลี้ยงจะสั่งมห้ลูกทีมเซฟตัวเองอย่างดีโดยใส่อุปกรณ์PPEทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน
