งานเยอะนะ แต่เป็นช่วงชีวิตที่ทำงานสนุกที่สุดที่นึง การมีเพื่อนร่วมงานน่ารักมันช่วยฮีลใจได้เยอะ และ ณ ตอนนั้นคือได้ใข้ความสามารถแบยสะใจ หัวหน้าสนับสนุนสุดๆ รักที่นั่นจัง

หัวหน้าผลักดันสนับสนุนเต็มที่ งานเยอะหน่อย ท้าทายหน่อย แต่ไม่ assigned มั่ว รับผิดชอบตามหน้าที่ ช่วยเหลือกันดี หัวหน้าเป็น mentor ที่ดี

เราถือว่าจ่ายเงินเดือนให้สูงนะ แต่ขึ้นน้อยแต่ละปี โบนัสก็ค่อนข้างคงที่ที่1 เดือน (ขาดลามาสายโดนหักคะแนน) บางทีไปทำงานข้างนอก แล้วลืมบันทึกเวลา มีโอกาสแค่3วัน เกินกว่านั้นไม่ให้บันทึกเวลาย้อนหลัง ถือว่าขาดงาน ถึงแม้จะไปทำงานมาก็ตาม ใช้คะแนนมาหักโบนัสอีกที

โชคดีเจอทีมน่ารีก น่ารีกทั้งหัวหน้าแบะเพื่อนร่วมทีม ถ้าไม่ติดเรื่องที่อยากเติบโตก้าวหน้า และขยับฐานเงินเดือน และอยากเรียนรู้อะไรใหม่ๆ คงอยู่ที่นั่นยาว แต่ราอายุน้อยเลยตัดสินใจ moved

“ เป็นองค์กรที่สามารถอยู่ได้ยาวจนเกษียณอายุงานเลย แต่ถ้าเป็นเด็กจบใหม่ แนะนำมากที่จะให้ลองเข้ามาเรียนรู้เก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์ทำงานก่อน เพราะที่นี้ระบบงานดี ใช้ SAP แต่เงินเดือนอาจจะไม่สูงมาก ”
สังคมทุกที่มีการแบ่งกลุ่มกันเป็นเรื่องปกติ เพื่อนเราก็จะมีเพื่อนสนิทของเรา แต่ที่นี้ไม่ได้มีผลอะไรกับงาน เข้าถึงกันง่าย ไม่ว่าจะแผนกไหน หรือผู้บริหารท่านใด สามารถเข้าถึงได้ ไม่มีพิธีรีตรองเยอะ โดยรวมบรรยากาศในการทำงานดี
