“ สวัสดิการดีมาก โดยเฉพาะคนที่มีลูก (ตอนนี้ลาออกมาอยู่ที่ใหม่ที่รายได้ดีกว่า แต่สวัสดการยังสู้ไม่ได้) ”
สวัสดิการดีมาก รายได้ดี โดยภาพรวม แต่ในส่วนของแต่ละบุคคล ขึ้นกับคุณได้หัวหน้าดี เก่ง หรือ ตัวคุณเองได้ทำงานเข้าตาผู้บริหารหรือไม่ เท่านั้นเอง โดยส่วนตัวได้เพื่อนร่วมงานที่ดีมาก รู้สึกผูกพันกับบริษัทนี้มาก แต่เมื่อมีโอกาสก็ต้องก้าวออกมา ถ้ายังอยู่ก็สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีความสุขต่อไป

กฎระเบียบผูกมัดมากเกินไป ผู้บริหารเป็นชาวต่างชาติ เปลี่ยนทุก 3-4 ปี นโยบายก็เปลี่ยนตาม ผู้บริหารระดับกลาง ให้ความสำคัญกับภาษาอังกฤษมากเกินไป หารสื่อสารได้ไม่ดีพอ ก็ไม่มีโอกาสเติบโต

งานฝ่ายขาย ไม่มีโบนัส รายได้ดีมากถ้าเทียบกับตำแหน่งเดียวกันในบริษํทอื่นๆ ในอุตสาหกรรมเดียวกัน

คุณค่าของงานขึ้นกับว่า ผู้บริหารมองสถานการณ์ ณ เวลานั้น เป็นแบบใด ใครสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการได้มากกว่ากัน ผู้บริหารเป็นชาวต่างชาติ มาอยู่ 2-3ปี เร่งสร้างผลงานสำหรับการย้ายครั้งถัดไป
