ได้เจอรุ่นพี่ที่ดีแนะนำและสอนทั้งในเรื่องการทำงาน การใช้ชีวิต เพื่อนรอบข้างก็ดีมาก บรรยากาศโดยรวมดีมากค่ะ แถมสวัสดิการดีมากเช่นกัน สำหรับเราที่ตอนนั้นเป็นเด็กจบใหม่เป็นประสบการณ์การทำงานที่ดีมากเลยค่ะ

การทำงานที่ธนาคารกรุงเทพเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมากเลยค่ะ แต่ระบบงานอาจจะยังเป็นแบบเก่าอยู่ อาจจะมีการเขียนมือบ้าง(ที่ไม่ได้ทำผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์) แต่ก็ไม่ได้มีผลกระทบต่อการทำงานมากค่ะ

รายได้เหมือนบริษัทใหญ่ๆทั่วไป เด็กจบใหม่ได้ตามพื้นฐาน คนที่มีประสบการณ์แล้วได้ตามประสบการณ์ อาจจะไม่ได้เยอะมาก แต่ที่ธนาคารกรุงเทพสวัสดิการของพนักงานดีมากในทุกๆด้าน

สังคมในที่ทำงานที่เราเจอดีมาก เจอพี่ร่วมงานที่ดี เพื่อนที่ดี ให้คำแนะนำในการทำงานตลอด ตอนเราทำผิดก็คอยเตือนคอยบอก ตอนที่เราลาออกมา มีการจัดเลี้ยงส่งเราโดยไม่ได้บังคับว่าใครจะต้องไป แต่พี่ๆเพื่อนๆที่ไปรวมทั้งหมดเกือบ 20 เราประทับใจมาก ทั้งๆที่เราเป็นแค่เด็กจบใหม่ในตอนที่เริ่มงาน ไม่เคยลืมมิตรภาพที่นี้เลย

พนักงานสาขา(ไม่ใช่สำนักงานใหญ่) -ไม่มีเวลาพักเที่ยง ให้เวลากินข้าว20นาที -เป้าขายประกันสูงมาก ต้องสลับกันออกตลาดหาลูกค้า -ทำงานเลยเวลาทำงานแทบทุกวัน ต้องมาทำงานวันหยุดบ้างบางครั้ง -ถ้าผลงานไม่ดีเงินเดือนขึ้น1000+/ปี -สวัสดีการดี เบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาล,ค่าคลอดบุตร
