โบนัสดี ทุกปีประมาณ 7 เดือน เงินเดือนสำหรับวิศวกรถือว่าดีมากในโซนปราจีน มีเงินค่าเช้าบ้านบวกให้อีกประมาณ 7K สำหรับวิศวกร โดยรวมสำหรับเด็กจบใหม่ เฉลี่ยประมาณ 30K ไม่รวมโบนัส การทำงานดีมาก ทุกคนรู้จักหน้าที่รับผิดชอบของตัวเอง เข้าร่วมประชุมแก้ไขปัญหาตลอด เป็นแห่งเรียนรู้ชั้นเยี่ยมสำหรับเด็กจบใหม่ เพราะนอกจากจะได้เรียนรู้งานของตัวเอง ยังได้เรียนรู้งานการทำงานของแผนกอื่น (หมายถึงทุกคนจะนำมุมมองในแผนกของตัวเอง มาช่วยวิเคราะห์และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขต่างๆเพื่อให้ปัญหาหายไปได้) เพื่อร่วมงานดีมาก ดีจนไม่อยากออก แต่เหนื่อยเพราะงานเยอะสุดๆ
