- สามารถรับทราบงานในวันหยุดวันลาได้ รายละเอียดแล้วแต่วัฒนธรรมของทีมนั้นๆ - สังคมเพื่อร่วมงานดี มีน้ำใจ ช่วยเหลือกัน พี่สามารถสอนงานน้องได้ น้องแสดงความเห็นได้ อาจพบการแบ่งพรรคพวก หรือการเคารพตามลำดับความอาวุโสทั้งด้านอายุ และตำแหน่งได้ตามปกติ - ออฟฟิศสวยงาม และสามารถอำนวยความสะดวกในการทำงานออฟฟิศได้ดีมาก - ฐานเงินเดือนกลางๆ แล้วแต่ว่าทำงานสายไหน จบมหาลัยไหน - การปรับเงินดี ปรับทีละหน่อย แต่ได้ปรับเรื่อยๆตามปี - การปรับตำแหน่ง จะได้ก้าวขึ้นตลอด แต่ก้าวขึ้นทีละขั้นเล็ก เพราะจำนวนคนเยอะ ตำแหน่งจึงถูกซอยย่อย - สวัสดิการดี ครอบคลุมหลายเรื่องที่จำเป็น - โบนัส 4 ครั้ง/ปี ครั้งละไม่เกิน 1 เดือน แล้วแต่ตำแหน่งและผลประเมิน

เข้าออกตามเวลา ติดต่อได้ในวันหยุดและนอกเวลางาน ลาพักร้อนได้ง่าย แต่ต้องสามารถรับทราบงาน หรือ ทำงานบางส่วนได้ในวันลา ไม่มีการจ่ายโอที มีสิทธิ์การ work from home แต่การใช้สิทธิ์นั้นขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ใหญ่ในสายงาน มีกิจกรรมให้ทำเยอะมาก เช่น ประกวดดนตรี, นวัตกรรม, CSR, กีฬาสี (บางกิจกรรมจำเป็นต้องเข้าร่วม บางกิจกรรมสามารถไม่เข้าร่วมได้ตามความสะดวก)

งานมีความเฉพาะเจาะจงตามสายงานนั้นๆ เพราะเป็นบริษัทใหญ่ ทุกคนมีและต้องรู้หน้าที่และขอบเขตบทบาทของตัวเองและทีมงาน รูปแบบการอนุมัติเอกสาร แล้วแต่ความสะดวกของผู้ใหญ่แต่ละท่านว่าสะดวกเซ็นผ่านกระดาษหรือแท็บเล็ต และพนักงานต้องคีย์ขออนุมัติผ่านระบบโดยแนบเอกสารที่ผู้ใหญ่เซ็นมาประกอบและรอผู้ใหญ่คลิกอนุมัติในระบบอีกที

ให้ผลตอบแทนตามมาตรฐาน ไม่สูงจนน่าดึงดูดใจ ไม่ต่ำเกินไปจนใช้ชีวิตไม่ได้ สวัสดิการครอบคลุมหลายเรื่องที่จำเป็น เช่น ค่ารักษาพยาบาลของตนเอง พ่อแม่ หรือคู่สมรส(ตามวงเงินที่บริษัทกำหนด), เบิกค่าเดินทางได้ถ้าไปทำงานนอกสถานที่ (ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจหัวหน้างานและ HR), ซื้อยาที่ eXtra แล้วเบิกได้(ยาบางประเภท)
