ในฐานะที่เคยเป็น 1 ในพนักงานของ CP All ต้องบอกว่าระบบการทำงานของที่นี้ค่อนข้างดี ต้องขอบคุณประสบการณ์ทำงานที่ดี ที่มอบให้กับทางผม ขอบคุณครับ

รู้กันอยู่แล้วว่าเป็นผู้นำทางด้านการปรับเปลี่ยนตัวเองให้ทันกับกระแสโลก เรื่องความท้าทายไม่ต้องพูดถึงเลย พนักงานต้องปรับตัวและเตรียมตัวรับมืออยู่ตลอดเวลาเลย แต่ก็สนุกดีครับ

ต้องบอกว่าการทำงานของผมแค่ 6 เดือน และไปสมัครในฐานะพาททาม เลยยังไม่ได้สัมผัสในส่วนของค่าตอบแทนที่แท้จริง

ให้พูดตรงๆ ก็ไม่ได้ราบรื่น สวยงาม เนื่องจากเรื่องสังคมเป็นเรื่องที่แต่ละคนต้องปรับตัวให้เข้ากับพื้นที่ในการทำงาน แต่ก็อย่างว่าไม่ได้เป็นแค่ที่นี้เท่านั้น ทุกทีเราต้องมีกรปรับตัวเพื่อให้เข้ากับคนอื่น เป็นสกิลที่ต้องฝึกฝน
