“ ที่นี่ให้ความสำคัญกับคนพอ ๆ กับ Performance มีสวัสดิการที่ใส่ใจทั้งสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพใจ โดยมีงบให้เบิกได้ 10,000 บาทต่อปี สำหรับคอร์สหรือกิจกรรมที่ช่วยพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต ถือเป็นองค์กรที่เข้าใจคนทำงานยุคนี้มาก ๆ ค่ะ ”
บรรยากาศการทำงานเปิดกว้าง ได้กล้าคิด กล้าลอง และเรียนรู้อะไรใหม่ ๆ อยู่ตลอด แม้จะเป็นการทำงานแบบ WFH แต่ทุกคนก็ยังรับผิดชอบงานของตัวเองเต็มที่ มีการสื่อสารและช่วยเหลือกันตลอด ทำให้การทำงานยังมีประสิทธิภาพมาก อีกอย่างที่ชอบคือวัฒนธรรมการ Feedback ที่ตรงไปตรงมา ทำให้ได้พัฒนาตัวเองเร็วขึ้น และได้เห็นมุมมองใหม่ ๆ ในการทำงานเสมอค่ะ
