ผมขอชื่นชมผู้บริหารของบริษัทนี้ในเรื่องของการตัดสินใจที่ค่อนข้างรวดเร็วและมีเหตุผล หากพนักงานคนใดมีผลงานที่ดีก็จะปรับเงินและตำแหน่งให้ค่อนข้างสูงมาก หากการทำงานไม่ได้ตามเกฎฑ์ ก็มีวิธีการที่จะกดดันให้พนักงานกระตือรือล้นขึ้นมาหรือไล่ออกได้ทันทีซึ่งง่ายต่อการบริหาร

ทุกคนที่ทำงานที่นี่เป็นกันเอง และผู้บริหารเข้าถึงพนักงานทุกคนได้ง่าย ทำให้พนักงาน กล้าบอกปัญหา กล้ามาปรึกษาในเรื่องที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ อีกทั้งบริษัทยังห่วงใย พนักงานทุกคน
