>1 year, Current"สวัสดิการดีในระดับปานกลาง"1. ควรปรับฐานเงินเดือนให้ได้มาตรฐาน อย่างเช่นจบปริญญาตรีควรจะได้ 15,000.- บาท แต่ที่สถาบันสุขภาพเด็กแห่งชาติมหาราชินีถ้าจบปริญญาตรีได้ 13,300.- บาท หลังจากนั้นจะปรับฐานเงินเดือนขึ้นทุกปีแล้วแต่การประเมินของหัวหน้างานและผู้บริหาร
