"บริษัทดี มั่นคง"โดยรวมแล้วดี แต่ถ้าปรับในส่วนค่าจ้าง ค่าแรง ของพนักงานฝ่ายขายเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมอีก100บาท/วัน อาจจะช่วยในเรื่องของกำลังใจในการทำของพนักงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นผลที่เกิดจากการมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจทำงานอย่างเต็มที่ของพนักงานขายจะส
