Good Lifeแม้เป็น Family Business แต่นายๆ มีความตั้งใจพัฒนาองค์กร เปิดกว้างในความคิด ใจเย็น อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้บริหารอายุค่อนไปทาง Gen X ต้น และ Gen BB จึงอาจมีความท้าทายในการสื่อสาร โน้มน้าวในระดับหนึ่ง และนายๆ ได้พยายามทำตัวเป็นกลางเพื่อรับฟังทุกฝ่าย
