Good Lifeบริษัทมีนโยบายแยกงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัวอย่างชัดเจน บริษัทไม่สนับสนุนให้พนักงานทำงานล่วงเวลา ไม่ต้องการให้นำงานกลับไปทำที่บ้าน
เรื่องการลาหากใช้สิทธิ์ถูกต้อง ลาถูกต้อง สามารถลาได้ทั้งหมด บริษัทสนับสนุนให้พนักงานออกไปพักผ่อน หาประสบการณ์อื่นๆ ข้างนอก บริษัทเปิดให้พนักงานสามารถลาต่อเนื่องตามสิทธิ์ที่มีเพื่อเดินทางท่องเที่ยวต่างประเทศได้
