มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี มีโอทีให้ทำ มีเงินเก็บ อยากลาพักร้อนก็ได้ลา จะลาป่วยลากิจก็สามารถลาได้แต่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่องานให้ดี

งานมีความท้าทายต้องแข่งขันกับเวลาบ้างเนื่องจากเป็นงานเร่งด่วน สบายบ้าง บางทีเราเคร่งเครียดกับงานมากจนเกินไปจึงทำให้มีความเครียดอยู่บ้าง

เงินเดือนเริ่มต้นก็อยู่ในเกณฑ์ทั่วไปมีการปรับเงินเดือนทุกปี แต่สวัสดิการดีและได้โบนัสดีในระดับนึงตามผลประกอบการ
