ถ้ารับพนักงานที่ลาออกด้วยความจำเป็นกลับไปทำงานอีกก็ดีนะคะ ไม่จำเป็นต้องแผนกเดิม หลายคนอยากกลับไปแต่ บ.ไม่ให้โอกาสในการเข้าทำงาน บางทีก็เสียดายแทน
