“ เหมาะกับเด็กเรียนจบใหม่หาประสบการณ์และชอบสังคมเพื่อนฝูง (ไม่เน้นรายได้) ”
น่าจะเหมาะกับคนที่อยากหาประสบการณ์เป็นหลัก ความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งงานน้อย โอกาสถูกโปรโมทไม่มาก เพราะ headcount มีจำกัดและพนักงานเก่าที่อยู่มานานมากๆไม่ค่อยลาออก

ค่อนข้างให้ความสำคัญกับความสัมพันธ์ในที่ทำงานมากกว่าเป้าหมายการทำงานให้สำเร็จ เช่น หากการตัดสินใจบางอย่างในการทำงานอาจกระทบความสัมพันธ์กับคนในองค์กร หัวหน้างานมักจะหลีกเลี่ยงการปะทะ ไม่เหมาะกับพนักงานที่มุ่งเป้าที่งานมากกว่าความสัมพันธ์ แต่เหมาะกับพนักงานที่มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีแม้จะความสามารถปานกลาง
