ทุกคนที่ทำงานที่นี่เป็นกันเอง และผู้บริหารเข้าถึงพนักงานทุกคนได้ง่าย ทำให้พนักงาน กล้าบอกปัญหา กล้ามาปรึกษาในเรื่องที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ อีกทั้งบริษัทยังห่วงใย พนักงานทุกคน

-ลาพักร้อน ความจำเป็นเช่น งานบวช ไปเยี่ยมพ่อแม่ตอนป่วย ไปทำบุญบ้าง -กิจกรรมกีฬา จัดงานกิจกรรมของบริษัทมีคุณภาพจิตใจดีให้พนักงานมีพลังดีขึ้น -ของสินค้าส่งต่างประเทศมีข้อเสีย ต้องแจ้งว่าพนักงานเข้าประชุมอธิบายปรุงปรับสรุงยังไงเดี๋ยวผ่านไปดีขึ้นเป็นกำลังใจให้ท่านบริษัทดังนี้ -ทำงานจริงต่อวัน 9 ชม. แต่มีตอนพักเที่ยง 1 ชม.
