1. การทำงานยืดยุ่น ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน
2. มีโอทีให้ทำแต่ไม่เกิน สามทุ่ม
3. ทำงาน 8.30 - 17.30 บางวันทำเลยไปถึง 18.00 ไม่ได้ โอที (ระยะเวลาโอทีเริ่ม 18.00 เป็นต้นไป)
4. งานที่รับผิดชอบ มีการหมุนเวียนเปลี่ยนกันทุกๆๆปี
5. ถ้าจะขับรถไปทำงานอาจจะไม่แนะนำ เพราะที่จอดรถน้อย
