Good Lifeพนักงานในองค์กรล้วนต่างมาจากหลากหลายที่ ย่อมมีนิสัยหรือการใช้ชีวิตที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ดังนั้นดิฉันจึงไม่สามารถสรุปว่าคุณภาพชีวิตของทุกคนนั้นเป็นอย่างไรเพราะทุกคนสามารถใช้ชีวิตของตัวเองได้อย่างมีเสรีภาพ และทุกคนล้วนไม่สามารถแสดงคุณภาพชีวิตที่ตัวเองเป็นให้คนอื่นได้เห็นทั้งหมด
Good Workในองค์กรนี้ดิฉันได้รับตำแหน่ง customer service ในการดูแลและบริการลูกค้า การทำงานในทุกๆวันเราได้เจอกับเพื่อนใหม่หลายๆคนหลายภาษา ทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้ภาษาใหม่ๆเป็นความรู้รอบตัว การวางตัวที่ดีกับลูกค้า และยังสามารถช่วยเหลือเพื่อนร่วมงานในวันที่โดนร้องขอให้ช่วยหรือสมัครใจช่วยเอง
Good Payผลตอบแทนอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก เพราะในการทำงานดิฉันสามารถทำได้หลายๆตำแหน่ง ซัพพอร์ตเพื่อนร่วมงาน ดังนั้นผลตอบแทนจึงคุ้มค่ากับการทำงาน
Good Communityสังคมส่วนรวมของที่ทำงานย่อมเกิดเหตุการณ์ต่างๆขึ้นได้หลากหลายภายใน 1 วัน ต่างคนย่อมมีเหตุผลของตนเอง อาจเกิดความสุขหรือการมีปากเสียงกันเป็นเรื่องธรรมดา แต่ดิฉันคิดว่าหากเกิดปัญหาต่างคนย่อมทำหน้าที่ของตนเองมากกว่าการคอยจับผิดกันและกัน วันใดที่เกิดความสุขเพื่อนร่วมงานต่างไม่ทิ้งกันเช่นกัน
