>1 year, Current"ถ้าชื่นชอบการทำงานที่ส่งเสริมให้พนักงานได้ทำงานหลากหลายด้าน และงานที่มีการชาเลนจ์ที่นี่ถือว่าน่าสนใจ แต่เรื่องของผลตอบแทน สวัสดิการอาจจะต้องตกลงให้เรียบร้อยตั้งแต่ก่อนเริ่มทำงานค่ะ"บรรยากาศที่นี่จะเป็นแบบออฟฟิศที่มีกฎระเบียบปฏิบัติค่อนข้างมาก ถ้าชื่นชอบการทำงานที่ทุกคนมุ่งเน้นแต่เรื่องงานที่นี่ถือว่าตอบโจทย์ค่ะ
Good Lifeคุณภาพชีวิตจัดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เนื่องจากยังไม่ค่อยWork life balance สักเท่าไหร่ แต่ข้อดีคือมีวันลาพักร้อนและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ให้ค่อนข้างเยอะ
Good Workเนื้องานมีความชาเลนจ์ ท้าทาย เสริมการพัฒนาตนเองในหลากหลายด้าน เปิดโอกาสให้ได้ทดลองทำสิ่งใหม่ๆ แต่ยังมีขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ค่อนข้างเยอะ ต้องผ่านหลายฝ่าย ทำให้การทำงานล่าช้าไปบ้าง และประชุมค่อนข้างบ่อย
Good Payผลตอบแทน สวัสดิการ เมื่อเทียบกับหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ยังอยู่ในระดับปานกลางค่อนไปทางน้อยค่ะ
