>1 year, Current"มั่นคง รายได้ดี ท้าทาย"ได้มีโอกาศไปทำงานต่างประเทศบ่อยครั้ง ทำให้รู้สึกมีแรงผลักดันให้เราอยากรู้สึกที่จะทำงานให้ออกมาดีที่สุด เพื่อที่ในโปรเจคถัดไปหน่วยงานต่างประเทศจะเสนอทีมงานไปทำงานต่ออีก
รวมทั้งสำหรับพนักงานใหม่ก็มีการอบรมมากมายต่างๆ
Good Lifeแผนกที่สังกัด มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานสูง Work from Home สัปดาห์ละ 2 วัน แต่โดยส่วนมากงานที่ทำจะเป็นเสาร์-ทิตย์ เนื่องจากต้องทำในเวลาที่หยุดสายการผลิต
Good Payเมื่อเทียบกับวุฒิการศึกษาที่ยื่นสมัครเข้าไป (ปวส.) ให้ค่าตอบแทนที่สูงมาก และสวัสดิการครอบคลุมทั้งครอบครัว แต่หน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายก็เยอะเช่นกัน
Good Communityแผนกมีการ Rotation ภายในกันทุกปี ทำให้ได้เปลี่ยนหัวหน้าทุกปี ก็จะเจอทั้งหัวที่ทำให้เรามีไฟในการทำงานมาก และหัวหน้าที่ทำให้เราไม่มีไฟในการทำงาน แต่โดยรวมแล้วทุกคนมีความเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน แต่เป็นเพราะนโยบายที่เปลี่ยนไปทำให้บรรยากาศในการทำงานแย่ลงเรื่อยๆ
