Good Lifeคุณภาพชีวิตของคน "หอการค้าไทย" มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีปานกลาง ในบางสายงานที่รับผิดชอบอาจมีภาวะความกดดันในการทำงาน หรือในการเดินทางไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในต่างจังหวัดและในต่างประเทศบ้าง ซึ่งเป็นงานกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมเครือข่ายสมาชิกของหอการค้าไทย ในภาพร่วมขององค์กรค่อนข้างมีความโดดเด่น มีผู้คนรู้จักหอการค้าไทยเพิ่มมากขึ้น

Good Communityเป็นสังคมที่ดีในระดับหนึ่ง เพราะเป็นองค์กรที่ไม่มีเจ้าของ ลักษณะการบริหารเป็นการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการบริหารฯ ตามวาระ(2ปี) อาจมีการเปลี่ยนรูปแบบโครงการองค์กรไปในแต่ละวาระ
