"โบนัสเท่านั้น"อยากให้บริษัทมีความทันสมัยและก้าวหน้ามากกว่านี้​ ทำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ให้เป็น​ประโยชน์​มากกว่านี้
Good Lifeระดับพนักงานถือว่าน้อยมาก​ แทบไม่มีอะไรเลย​ ไม่สามารถเบิกค่ายาหรือOPDได้​ ประกันชีวิตก็ไม่มีให้​ วันลาของบ.หยุดได้แค่14วัน​ ซึ่งล่าสุดวันวิสาขบูชา​ไม่หยุด​ ยังไม่นับรวมวันอื่นที่ควรจะหยุดนะ​ ลาพักร้อนได้แค่6วัน​ ติดต่อกันไม่ได้​ด้วย​ ถือว่าน้อยมากๆเมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่น
Good Workระบบงานถือว่ากลางๆ​ แต่เน้นเอกสารมากไป​ เวลาเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินเช่น​ covid-19​ ไม่สามารถ​ work​ from​ homeได้​ ยังไงต้องเข้าออฟฟิศอยู๋ดี​ แต่ถ้าระดับพนักงานส่วนใหญ่​ก็ได้กลับบ้าน5โมง
Good Payจะได้ดีและมัดใจพนักงานได้คือโบนัส​
Good Communityโดยรวมไม่มีปัญหา​ แต่ถ้าเจาะรายคนก็จะมีคนไม่ดีอยู่ด้วย​ แต่เชื่อว่าที่ไหนๆก็มีทั้งดีและไม่ดีทั้งนั้น​ ขึ้นอยู่กับว่ามากหรือน้อย
