Good Payการประเมินการขึ้นเงินเดือนควรมีการปรับปรุง และควรแจ้งให้พนักงานทราบถึงสาเหตุของของการไม่ได้ขึ้นในบางเคส อยากให้นำกำไรมาคิดในส่วนของโบนัสเพื่อให้พนักงานมีกำลังใจในการทำงาน ไม่ใช้แจ้งแต่โควิด
