และถ้าเอาใจใส่ก็จะมีการเติบโตอย่างมีระบบ
Good Lifeงานหนักแต่มีระบบดีมาก สนุกกับการทำงาน มีกิจกรรมสังสรรค์เดือนละครั้ง เมื่อเสร็จโครงการมีงบฯพาเที่ยวพักผ่อน
Good Workงานหนัก แต่มีระบบให้เรียนรู้งานทุกด้าน ถ้าเปิดใจจะเรียนรู้อย่างสนุกและเป็นที่ยอมรับ
มีความเติบโตที่ค่อนข้างดี ถึงดีมากในบางช่วง
Good Payการขึ้นเงินเดือนปกติ(ขณะนั้น)อยู่ราวๆ 8-9% แต่มีช่วงได้รับการแต่งตั้งเลื่อนระดับ (ไม่มีค่าล่วงเวลา) เงินเดือนขึ้นไปมากกว่า 50% และอีกช่วงหนึ่งขึ้นไปอีก 20%
