Good Lifeทำงานตามเวลา Shift ตามความเหมาะสม แต่ถ้าทำงานที่สนามบินที่่เป็น HUB เช่น DMK ตอนที่เราทำคือเข้า4เวลา แล้วต้องมีสต๊าฟหมุนเวียนแสตนด์บายที่เค้าเตอร์เชคอินตลอดเวลา รวมไปถึงการทำงานที่บอร์ดดิ้งเกตด้วย
Good Workมีการจัดการในการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบได้ดีในระดับนึง เนื่องจากคนในบริษัทเยอะมาก ทำมห้การจัดการบางอย่างอาจจะควมคุมไม่ได้และทำให้มีกฏเกณฑ์ออกมาค่อนข้างมาก
Good Payไม่มีเงินโบนัทประจำปี แต่ในช่วงสิ้นปีจะมีเงินเดือนที่13 คือได้รับเงินเป็นฐานเงินเดือนเพิ่มอีก1ครั้งในช่วงสิ้นปี เงินเดือนเป็นฐาน15,000ตามที่กฏหมายตั้งไว้ และเพิ่มขึ้นตามลำดับของตำแหน่งต่าง ๆ มีค่า Allowance, Morning Shift, Lisence ในแต่ละเดือน
Good Communityพนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิงและช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกันได้ดี มีความเป็นมืออาชีพและประสบการณ์การทำงานค่อนข้างสูง ในส่วนของผู้ชายจะมีแผนก LL, Loaders, Redcap, Engineer
ทุกคนทำงานด้วยกันค่อนข้างง่าย มีการติดต่อการสื่อสารที่ดี
