Good Lifeงานกดดันหน่อย แต่เพื่อนดี สังคมดี ช่วยซัพพอร์ตการทำงานได้เสมอ สวัสดิการดี บริษัทมีขนม ชา กาแฟ ให้พนักงานตลอดทุกวัน ทุกเดือน เปลี่ยนไปเรื่อยๆ มีกิจกรรมจัดทุกเดือน มีกินเลี้ยงตามโอกาส บางปีมีจัดไปเที่ยวต่างจังหวัด สร้างสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมงาน มีการจัดงานวันเกิดให้กับพนักงานทุกคนในเดือนนั้นๆ หัวหน้ามองเห็นผลงานของลูกน้อง การเลื่อนขั้นเป็นไปตามผลงาน เงินเดือนจ่ายในระดับโอเค สภาพแวดล้อมเอื้อเฝื้อกับการทำงาน รวมถึงมี work from home ให้ มีการจ่ายค่า commission ให้ตามตำแหน่งงานที่สามารถปิดได้ Target ตามฐานเงินเดือนของเรา ซึ่งแต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกัน
