Good Lifeค่อนข้างต่ำแต่งานไม่หนักโรงงานเป็นระบบแอร์80%เกือบทุกแผนกเย็น
Good Workค่อนข้างเป็นระบบแต่ไม่ทันสมัยคือใช้รูปแบบโบราญในการบริหารงาน
เข้นไม่มี ERP ในการจัดการวางแผนและทำระะบบการผลิตแบบ Jus in time หรือระบบ OEE แบบดั้งเดิมที่ต้องใช้ระบบการคีย์ข้อมูลย้อนหลังไม่ทันต่อเหตุการณ์
Good Payค่อนข้างน้อยโดยเหมารวมไม่นับความรับผิดชอบที่ต้องแบกรับภาระมากเช่นหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการบางคนรับผิดชอบน้อยดูแลแผนกต่างๆแต่ได้รับโบนัสมากกว่าผู้จัดการที่รับภาระมากกว่าสิบเท่าเกือบหมดทุกโรงงานอย่างนี้เป็นต้น
