>1 year, Current"บริษัทขั้นนำของญี่ปุ่น สวัสดิการแน่น"สวัสดิการดี มีความท้าทายของงาน และ จ่ายเงินเดือนค่อนข้างสูง , เหมาะกับเด็กจบใหม่ไฟแรง , มีความรู้ให้เก็บเกี่ยวมากมาย , มีการเมืองที่ต้องแย่งกันทำผลงาน และ โบนัสค่อนข้างดี
Good Lifeข้อดี : เป็นบริษัทที่ดีครับ ให้โอกาส ให้ความรู้ ให้ประสบการณ์ ถ้าเป็นเด็กจบใหม่มาทำที่นี่ เขาก็สอนงานให้ครับ แต่ต้องอดทนทำหน่อย มีงานเยอะ หลายภาคส่วนหลายแขนง และเป็น Project ใหญ่เป็นส่วนใหญ่
ข้อเสีย : ไม่เหมาะกับคนมีครอบครัวเพราะงานหนักมาก ไม่เหมาะกับการทำงานระยะยาว สุขภาพท่านจะเสียเอา เหมาะแก่การหาความรู้และประสบการณ์อย่างแท้จริง
Good Workต้องใช้คำว่าเป็นที่ท้าทายเลยครับ อะไรที่ไม่เคยทำได้ทำหมด และจบออกไปได้แบบเป็ดได้เลย และอยู่รอดได้และไม่ตาย
ส่งเสริมทักษะพนักงาน : ถ้าคุณทำอะไรไม่เป็นที่นี่จะสอนให้เลยครับ และ มีที่ปรึกษาให้ด้วยครับ แต่ก็อยู่ที่ดวงด้วยครับว่า คุณจะเจอคนสอนแบบไหน
Good Payถ้าเป็นเด็กจบใหม่เงินเดือนค่อนข้างสูงครับ ได้ค่าโอที , เบี้ยเลี้ยงเยอะ
ส่วนสวัสดิการ มีค่าที่พักให้ แต่ต้องจ่ายค่าส่วนต่าง ช่วยเบาภาระตรงนี้ไปได้อยู่ครับ
ส่วนโบนัสก็ 1 เดือนขึ้นไปครับ
Good Communityเป็นสังคมการทำงานที่ดีครับ แต่แล้วแต่ทีมงานด้วยว่าจะเจอคนไม่ดีหรือปล่าว
ไม่ควรย้ายหัวหน้าบ่อยและทีมงานบ่อยเพราะ ต้องทุ่มเทบากบั่นพิสูจน์ฝีมือตัวเองไปเรื่อยๆ เลยทำให้เหนื่อยมากๆ
การทำงานเป็นแบบสร้างผลงาน ต้องคอยสร้างผลงาน ให้มีงานตลอด
