Good Lifeดีครับ เรื่องลาพักร้อน บริษัทมีนโยบายให้ใช้หมด ไม่รวมสมทบ 3 วัน / แต่เราต้องรู้หน้าที่ตัวเอง ไม่ฝากฝังงานตัวเองให้เพื่อนร่วมทีมรับผิดชอบ หรือมีอะไรเร่งด่วนก็สามารถบอกได้ และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดี เพราะส่วนใหญ่เพื่อนร่วมงานมีแต่วัยรุ่น จึงไม่ค่อยกดดัน
Good Workดีครับ สำหรับผมตำแหน่ง Part inspection ได้มีโอกาสออกไปดูงานนอกบริษัท (ภายในประเทศ)
ได้ดูกระบวนการผลิต ได้ร่วมประชุมกับซัพพลายเออร์ที่เก่งๆระดับสูงๆ เรียนรู้ทัศนคติที่ดี ทั้งเรื่องการวางตัวในที่ส่วนร่วม และการให้เกียรติ แม้ว่าจะเป็นผู้น้อย อายุน้อยกว่า
Good Payดีครับ โรงงานเป็นของญี่ปุ่น ส่วนมากจะเป็นธรรมต่อคนไทยทั้หมด ในเรื่องเงินและสวัสดิการต่างๆ มีสหภาพที่คอยซัพพอต
Good Communityสังคมและการเมือง จะมีสองฝั่งอยู่แล้ว สามารถพูดคุยกันได้ ไม่ทะเลาะกัน รู้ว่าอะไรเป็นอะไร ไม่ซีเรียสครับ พูดคุยกันสนุกสนานไม่เกี่ยงอายุครับ ไม่แบ่งพักแบ่งพวก
