Good Lifeในส่วนงานออฟฟิศ บรรยากาศทำงานกันแบบเป็นกันเอง ไม่กดดันมาก เวลาพักผ่อนเยอะ คนส่วนใหญ่อยู่ที่นี่กันจนเกษียณ
Good Workบริษัทมีนโยบายรับเด็กรุ่นใหม่มาทำงาน จึงทำให้เด็กรุ่นใหม่มีโอกาสเติบโตและสร้างผลงานได้ง่าย ผู้ใหญ่คอยสนับสนุน ความซับซ้อนของงานน้อยทำให้เรียนรู้ระบบการทำงานได้ง่าย ได้ติดต่อกับบริษัทดังๆระดับใหญ่หลายเจ้า สร้างคอนเนคชั่นได้ง่าย เป็นที่รู้จักในวงการยานยนต์ แต่ยุคหลังๆเบิกของใช้งานยากหน่อย
Good Payผลตอบแทนและสวัสดิการค่อนข้างน้อยกว่ากลุ่มบริษัทอื่นที่อยู่ในอุตสาหกรรมเดียวกัน เป็นจุดอ่อนทำให้ดึงคนเเก่งๆมาทำงานได้ยาก แต่โบนัสประจำปีอยู่ในเรทที่ค่อนข้างดีถือว่าหักล้างกันได้
