Good Lifeเป็นการทำงานตามหน้าที่และสายงานของตน แต่เมื่อใดที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือในแต่ละฝ่ายก็ให้การสนับสนุนกันเป็นอย่างดี
Good Workเนื่องจากว่า หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบที่ทำในแต่ละวันเป็นงานซ้ำ ๆ ไม่มีความท้าทายหรือสร้างโอกาสให้สร้างผลงาน รวมถึงระบบงานที่ลื่นไหลไปตามขั้นตอนจึงทำให้รู้สึกว่า ต้องทำงานในหน้าที่เดิมแม้ว่าจะขอเปลี่ยนหรือโยกย้ายไปทำงานในตำแหน่งหน้าที่งานอื่น ๆ แต่ผู้บริหารไม่อนุญาตเพราะคิดว่าหน้าที่ตำแหน่งงานที่ทำเหมาะสมอยู่แล้ว
