>1 year, former"งานดี เพื่อนร่วมงานดี แต่ระบบยังไม่ดี "การทำงานที่นี่มีการดูแลกันอย่างดีในแผนกเดียวกัน แต่พอต้องทำงานระหว่างแผนก จะมีการเกี่ยงงานกัน จากการที่ระบบภายในที่ไม่นิ่ง มีการปรับเปลี่ยนไปตามแต่ละช่วงตามแต่ว่าฝ่ายไหนจะได้อำนาจบริหารมามากกว่ากัน แต่โดยรวมไม่ได้รุนแรงถึงขั้นไม่สามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ ทุกฝ่ายยังมีความรักในองค์กร พยายามจะผลักดันแต่ละงานให้ประสบความสำเร็จกันให้ได้
