Good Workเป็นองค์กรที่สนับสนุนให้พนักงานได้ใช้ความสามารถของตนเองอย่างเต็มที่ ไม่มีปิดกั้น สนับสนุนให้มีการทดลองแนวทางใหม่ๆอยู่เสมอ หัวหน้ารับฟังความคิดเห็นตั้งแต่ระดับพนักงานจนถึง manager ถือเป็นโอกาสที่ดีมากๆ
