>1 year, Current"งานท้าทาย หัวหน้าและนายให้โอกาสอยู่เสมอ เพื่อนร่วมงานดีมาก"ทุกคนที่ทำงานที่นี่เป็นกันเอง และผู้บริหารเข้าถึงพนักงานทุกคนได้ง่าย ทำให้พนักงาน กล้าบอกปัญหา กล้ามาปรึกษาในเรื่องที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ อีกทั้งบริษัทยังห่วงใย พนักงานทุกคน
Good Lifeการทำงานมีความ flexible มากๆ ทำให้มีอิสระในการทำงาน แถมเพื่อนร่วมงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นอายุเฉลี่ยใกล้ๆกัน ทำให้การทำงานมีความสนุกและสบายใจ
Good Workหัวหน้าและผู้บริหารเปิดโอกาสให้เราได้ทำในสิ่งที่อยากทำ ทำให้เรามี Learning curve มากๆ ได้ลองทำอะไรใหม่ที่ท้าทายความสามารถของตัวเองและสามารถเอาไปต่อยอดในอนาคตได้
Good Payในเรื่องของ rate เงินเดือนอยู่ในค่าเฉลี่ยของตลาด แต่จะมี benefits อย่าง Provident fund ที่มีมาให้ แตกต่างจากสาย Agency เจ้าอื่นที่จะไม่ค่อยมีกัน แถมเรื่อง IPD OPD นั้นก็มีมาให้ไม่น้อยหน้าบริษัทใหญ่ๆเลย
Good Communityทุกคนพร้อมจะช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน ทำให้สามารถผ่านอะไรยากๆไปได้ และหัวหน้างานพร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้เราแสดงความคิดเห็นและรับฟังปัญหาอย่างไม่มีอัคติ
