>1 year, Current"คนในทีมดี แต่งานจำเจ"เข้างานตรงเวลา พักคือพัก เลิกงานคือเลิกงาน ลุกกลับบ้านได้เลย ไม่ต้องเกรงใจ
มีโรงอาหาร 2 โรง ราคาย่อมเยา พนักงานเกือบ 2 พันคน ส่วนใหญ่เป้นพนักงานสายการผลิต เป้นคนไทยทั้งหมด ไม่มีจากประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน
Good Lifeงานส่วนใหญ่ต้องรอ confirm จากทางญี่ปุ่นก่อนถึงจะ complete ได้ สังคมที่ทำงานแล้วแต่แผนกที่อยู่ บางแผนกก็ทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมที่ดี แต่บางส่วนงานก็คุยกันยากเนื่องจากมีปัญหาภายในกันเอง
เรื่องค่าตอบแทน แต่ละปีเงินเดือนขึ้นประมาณ 3-4 % (งานสายสำนักงาน) การเลื่อนตำแหน่งตามโครงสร้าง ต้องอยู่ให้ถึง 4 ปีก่อนถึงจะเลื่อนตำแหน่งได้ ไม่ flexible
Good Workยังไม่ค่อยเปิดกว้างกับความคิดใหม่ๆสักเท่าไหร่ เนื่องจากต้องอิงความเห็นจากญี่ปุ่น
Good Payโครงสร้างเงินเดินไม่ flexible ขึ้นน้อย เลื่อนตำแหน่งต้องรอ 4 ปี และต้องสอบขึ้นตำแหน่ง
Good Communityแล้วแต่ทีม ส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาภายในกันเองแล้วไม่สื่อสารกัน
