Good Lifeคุณภาพชีวิตที่บริษัทโนเบล เอ็นซี จำกัด ดีมาก ทุกคนในบริษัทมีความเป็นกันเองมากๆไม่ถือว่าใครจะอยู่ในต่ำแหน่งอะไร ทุกๆคนที่นี่ให้ความสำคัญกับทุกคน ทำงานกันแบบสบายๆ ไม่ถือตัว ในส่วนของผู้บริหารนั้นดีมากๆ สามารถพูดคุยกันเหมือนเพื่อน พี่น้อง ใจดีมากๆ

Good Workงานระดับวิศวกร หรือหัวหน้างาน ค่อนข้างหนัก มีงานมาท้าทายความสามารถอยู่เรื่อยๆ โรงงานต้องการพัฒนามาตรฐานการทำงานให้เป็นสากล แต่ยังไม่ถึงเป้าที่คาดหวัง
Good Payสวัสดิการตามกฎหมายแรงงาน อาจจะดีกว่านิดหน่อย แต่ยังสู้บริษัทใหญ่ๆ ในนิคมฯ ทางภาคตะวันออกไม่ได้
Good Communityคนทำงานในโรงงานจะแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มหัวหน้างาน วิศวกร ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นคนต่างถิ่น และกลุ่มระดับปฏิบัติการ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนในพื้นที่ ก็ทำงานร่วมกันได้ดี แต่คนในพื้นที่ทัศนคติ ความเป็นมืออาชีพ ยังสู้คนที่ทำงานในเขตนิคมฯ ใหญ่ๆ ไม่ได้ ยังมีแนวคิดเป็นสังคมเกษตรอยู่ ( รอบๆ เป็นทุ่งนา)
