>1 year, Current"งานไม่ซับซ้อน นโยบายขึ้นกับผู้บริหารที่ย้ายมา"-การปรับเงินเดือนประจำปีไม่สูงมาก โดยปรับเกือบเท่ากันในทุกระดับ
-หัวหน้างานที่เป็นระดับสูงเป็นญี่ปุ่นทั้งหมด ดังนั้นโอกาสโตสำหรับคนไทยค่อนข้างจำกัด
-สังคมหลังเลิกงานมีไม่มาก เนื่องจากส่วนใหญ่เลิกเลยเวลาทำงานปกติ
-หัวหน้างานที่เป็นญี่ปุ่นจะถูกโยกย้ายตามรอบ ดังนั้นนโยบายอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามผู้บริหาร
