Good Payเงินเดือนขึ้นทุกปีแต่ แต่การวัดผลไม่ค่อยเป็นรูปธรรม อยู่Siteงานไม่มีBonus แต่จ่าย Incentive เมื่อจบSiteงานนั้นๆ (แต่ส่วนมากผมมักได้ไปอยู่Siteที่ขาดทุน :( )
